Professor James R. Repetti is the inaugural holder of the William J. Kenealy, S.J. Chair at Boston College Law School. He is coauthor of the texts,听Partnership Income Taxation, Introduction to United States International Taxation, Federal Wealth Transfer Taxation, Problems in Federal Wealth Transfer Taxation,听and听Tax Aspects of Organizing and Operating a Business. He is a fellow of both the American College of Tax Counsel and the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and also holds a Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating of 鈥淎V Preeminent,鈥� which is the highest rating available to lawyers. He has acted as a consultant to the U.S. Senate, Internal Revenue Service and Justice Department, and has appeared as a commentator in publications such as the Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Marketplace,听Boston Globe, Christian Science Monitor, and Forbes Magazine.
