Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (ÌÇÐÄvlogÖ±²¥Æ½Ì¨PDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all ÌÇÐÄvlogÖ±²¥Æ½Ì¨ departments. The purpose of the ÌÇÐÄvlogÖ±²¥Æ½Ì¨PDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the ÌÇÐÄvlogÖ±²¥Æ½Ì¨ postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of ÌÇÐÄvlogÖ±²¥Æ½Ì¨

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the ÌÇÐÄvlogÖ±²¥Æ½Ì¨ community

To provide liaison between ÌÇÐÄvlogÖ±²¥Æ½Ì¨ postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The ÌÇÐÄvlogÖ±²¥Æ½Ì¨PDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the ÌÇÐÄvlogÖ±²¥Æ½Ì¨PDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members’ original and independent scholarly work.
