New Conference Plan Request聽
The Conference Card Program聽requires the completion of a Conference Plan Application. This application asks for a definition of your program or event, a business purpose and authorization/sign-off from a department administrator. This application is only necessary聽for conference cards being funded聽by a University budget. 聽

After completing the Conference Card Application, please email it to the One Card Office at聽onecard@bc.edu.听Your application must be submitted a month in advance of your card activation date in order for it to be considered.听For cards that must be active on June 1, an application must be received no later than May 1.聽Both Auxiliary Services and the Controller's Office will review the application and determine if the conference plan is appropriate.
