Claire Angus is a User Experience and Content Design Consultant on the Faculty Development & Innovation team at the Center for Digital Innovation in Learning at Boston College. She brings a multidisciplinary background that blends content design and user research skills with over ten years of experience building and growing innovation programs across non-profit and commercial contexts.聽

She supports the FD&I team in developing and managing processes, tools, and documentation that help to extend effective design practices within CDIL and across Boston College.

Prior to arriving at Boston College, Claire earned her Masters of Business Administration at Bayes Business School (City, University of London) and scaled a cross-functional innovation program at a large tech start-up in the UK. Earlier in her career, she developed digital and hybrid leadership development and training programs for an international non-profit.聽 She has a B.A. in Communication from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
